100% vision inspection by the "Eyes of the machine"

Camera-based vision inspections are conducted on all products. With strict machine eyes that are not influenced by experience, any foreign matter of 0.05㎟ or more* with respect to elastomer products and 0.06㎟ or more with respect to CZ products is eliminated as a defective product. By inspecting from many angles in each direction, and by setting strict standards for all products, we maintain high quality that leads to reduction of cost and time loss at pharmaceutical sites.
*D SIGMA products have 0.01㎟ vision inspection spec.
