Plungers/Nozzle caps with DAIKYO's special Flurotec® technology (fluoro-resin film lamination treatment).
The combination of high stability that can reduce leachables and adventitious substances is maintained by using Flurotec® as a barrier only at the drug contact area with the drug, while the combination with the glass barrel provides high container closure integrity and excellent functionality.

Laminated or RB2 coated at necessary part

Lamination is applied only to the drug contact area of the plunger and nozzle cap to reduce interaction between the rubber and the drug, and RB2 coating is applied to the sides to achieve both excellent container closure integrity and functionality.
0.5mL, 1mL, 2.25mL, 3mL, 5mL plungers are available, and can be supplied for both syringes (screw designed plungers) and cartridges (solid designed plungers).

PLASCAP® available for Glass vials

PLASCAP® is a cap (seal) with an integrated rubber stopper that can be used with 13mm and 20mm ISO glass vials.
